Cosbike Pvt. Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Coslight India Telecom Pvt Limited and established in 2019. Cosbike is a leading Electric Two-wheeler manufacturer in the Asia Pacific region having a presence in more than 7 countries. Cosbike India commissioned its First automated assembly line in IMT Manesar, Gurugram with a production capacity of 48000 vehicles per annum. Under Phase -2 cosbike commosiend its new production facility of 130,000 sqm (32 acres) in Una, Himachal Pradesh having capacity of 200,000 vehicles per annum.

Coslight International Group is the principal holding company of Cosbike, was founded in 1994, and got listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1999. The group has 24 subsidiaries in Europe, the United States, Russia, and Southeast Asia, etc.The group has more than 11,000 employees, total assets of 1.60 billion USD in 2019, and sales revenue of 1.3 billion USD.
