BOOKING OF VEHICLE
Please describe the process of booking vehicle.

DELIVERY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE (Please make necessary changes as per website)
The delivery of the vehicle purchased via the online portal shall take place at the dealership premises as selected by the customer while booking the vehicle. The customer shall on their own expenses make arrangements to take the delivery from the selected Dealership outlet.

The registration of the booked vehicle shall take place from an RTO associated with the dealership selected by the customer and the customer shall need to travel to the dealership premises at their own expense for verification of documents and delivery of the vehicle.

Cosbike shall have the discretion to reserve their right to cancel the booking and retain Cancellation Charges to cover its inventory and/or any other administrative costs as incurred while processing the booking if the documents uploaded by customer is incomplete. Proper acceptable and verifiable address proof (contact Dealership / see FAQ for list of acceptable documents) required for registration at the time of submission.

The promised delivery timeline, if any, of the vehicle booked via the website shall be the sole responsibility of the Dealership selected by the customer. Cosbike disclaims any liability arising out of any such delay in the delivery timeline.

After sales service for a vehicle purchased depends on the availability provided at the dealerships listed on the website. To avail any after-sales service from the listed dealerships, the customer shall need to make their own arrangements at their own expense to reach the after sales facility of the dealership.

All dealership offered after-sales facilities are within a radius of _________km from the showroom of the listed dealerships. Customer shall be required to bring in the vehicle at their own expense to the dealership aftersales facility (service facility) to avail any after-sales service.

TEST RIDE/DELIVERY
Test rides may be scheduled online for the convenience of the customer. The dealership may at its sole discretion decide to deny or cancel the test ride scheduled without assigning any reason.

Customer may schedule dates for inspection of original documents required for registration and/or loan approval. The dates so scheduled may be changed or rescheduled by the dealership at its sole discretion.

Delivery of vehicle shall be scheduled once the registration of vehicle gets completed and dealer receives the notification. Deliveries are available in the city listed along with product. Delivery will be made by our local dealers. Product will be delivered within 15-20 days after payment confirmation.

REFUND POLICY(Please state the process)
If you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then Cosbike shall refund in 7 working days on request from customer.

RETURN POLICY
All products of Cosbike are covered for 1 year (One Year) warranty against any manufacturing defect. We will replace the defective rubber parts (Tires & Tubes Only) against manufacturing defects within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We will not take back the items with the reason that does not look like a picture we display in website.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You are allowed to cancel your online order by sending email to _______________________ before the product is dispatched. We will refund your entire ordered amount. However, an order cannot be cancelled if delivery has already been affected (Shipped & in transit).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cosbike reserves all rights to alter the terms and conditions as set out below at its discretion. It is the responsibility of users to be aware of current terms and condition by reading and understanding all the instruction given on website before accessing the website each time, and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how they subscribe to or use the services.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

It is shall be on the discretion of Cosbike if it decide to change Terms and Conditions, the changes shall be post on the page that user shall get the intimation regarding the amendments of the website.

ASSIGNMENT
The Cosbike is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, user shall not be allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Country, and user shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Country for the resolution of any disputes.
